• We need about 2 ccs of blood in a plain red top tube or 1 cc of serum.

Schedule, Pricing, and Submission

• The BLV ELISA is run weekly on Wednesdays with results sent that day.  Samples must arrive on or prior to 2 pm on Tuesday. Herd Health Diagnostics is closed all major holidays. 

• The cost per sample is $5.00

• Download and fill out the submission form below and include in your shipment with the samples and payment.

Shipping

• Samples may be shipped through any carrier (USPS, FedEx & UPS) and any method without ice.  Please note that we recommend shipping in a cardboard box and NOT padded envelopes.
